I started working in long-term care at 17 as a CNA. Over the next five years I worked my way up through Med Tech and earned my nursing license at 22 — across seven different facilities.

In every single one, I watched the same thing happen. Staff getting overloaded with overtime. Weekends distributed unfairly. Burned out caregivers nobody noticed until the day they submitted their resignation. Administrators who knew something was wrong but had no tool to show them where.

I built EsotericIQ to solve the problem I lived inside. I am not studying this from the outside. I built my career within it — and I am now using that experience to give facilities the visibility they have never had.
